Concrete Crack Repair Surface Paste

Surface Pastes are used in both epoxy and polyurethane concrete crack repair.  The purpose of a surface paste is to attach surface ports to the concrete and to seal over the exposed surface of the concrete crack.  Once the surface paste has cured, the concrete crack can then be injected with the desired repair material.

Surface Pastes are used in both low pressure injections using plastic surface ports and in high pressure injections using packers.

A static mixer is placed over a cartridge of concrete crack injection material. The material will then be injected through a surface port and into the foundation crack

Static mixers snap tightly into our surface ports. Surface ports allow the concrete crack injection materials to enter the crack.
