J-Cote WB Foundation Waterproofing Membrane is a water-based polymer modified asphalt membrane which can be applied over any substrate forming a dried film that is smooth, tough and nearly rubber like. It’s permanent elasticity allows it to move with created expansion and contraction of wall surfaces. J-Cote WB foundation waterproofing resists water and freeze thaw cycles enabling it to protect foundations from water seepage. That means you will not have to deal with callbacks, and your builders won’t have to experience wet basement problems.
