The PRO 115 is our most versatile foundation waterproofing sprayer. It can be mounted in a pick-up truck bed, on a flat bed or inside a box van.
Simply connect the PRO 115 to your truck’s cooling system to allow it to heat your waterproofing materials to their proper temperature.
Spray up to 1000 Sq. Ft. Per Hour
Spray up to 1000 sq. ft. per hour with our waterproofing sprayer. A typical new home has a basement with 1000 sq. ft. of waterproofed area.
115 Gallon Heated Tank
Especially for solvent-based materials, the tank increases your productivity by heating the waterproofing material while you drive to the jobsite. Heat tubes are inside the tank and are surrounded by your material for increased heating.
Heating is done by circulating your truck’s engine coolant through tubes inside the tank.
Long Hose Reach
With 150′ of insulated hose, you can spray jobs without having to move your truck. The insulation maintains heat in cold weather and the scuff-guard protects the hose from abrasion. After use, wind-up is easy with the electric hose reel.
Powerful and Dependable Pump
The Graco Gmx II 7900 pump provides 3300 psi and 2.2 gpm. This is up to 40% more capacity than the competitor’s pumps. A Honda 6.5 HP engine guarantees easy start up every time.

Material Heating System
Foundation waterproofing must be heated to the proper temperature for spraying. Our system uses the truck’s cooling system water to heat the tanks. This is safe, dependable and is the quickest way to heat the material.
A 1.5″ pipe inside the tank is surrounded by the waterproofing material. The temperature of the tank can be easily regulated and adjusted.
A heat exchanger also connected to the truck’s cooling system raises the waterproofing to the final spray temperature. This is regulated and adjustable for varying job site conditions.
