115 Gallon Tank

The tank increases your productivity by heating the waterproofing material while you drive to the jobsite. Heat tubes are inside the tank and are surrounded by your material for increased heating. As your business grows, simply add another tank for even more capacity.

Simple Operation

Quickly teach your installers how to use the STS 115.  Only three valves are needed to operate the heat exchanger, tank heat and spray system. This reduces training time for your employees and increases reliability. Once the Honda engine is running, all control operations are done from the passenger side. You no longer have to run from side to side to connect the hose to the gun.

Long Hose Reach

With 150' of insulated hose, you can spray jobs without having to move your truck. The insulation maintains heat in cold weather and the scuff-guard protects the hose from abrasion. After use, wind-up is easy with the electric hose reel.

Powerful and Dependable Pump

The Graco Gmx II 7900 pump provides 3300 psi and 2.2 gpm. This is up to 40% more capacity than the competitor's pumps. A Honda 6.5 HP engine guarantees easy start up every time.

Material Heating System

Foundation waterproofing must be heated to the proper temperature for spraying.  Our system uses the truck's cooling system water to heat the tanks.  This is safe, dependable and is the quickest way to heat the material.

A 1.5" pipe inside the tank is surrounded by the waterproofing material.  The temperature of the tank can be easily regulated and adjusted.

A heat exchanger also connected to the truck's cooling system raises the waterproofing to the final spray temperature.  This is regulated and adjustable for varying job site conditions.
