Heat exchangers utilize the truck's coolant system to heat foundation waterproofing materials to the final spray temperature. The waterproofing material flows through copper tubes. The copper tubes are bathed in the coolant.
Smaller size for lower heating demands of water-based waterproofing materials. Will heat the material to the proper spraying temperature by utilizing the truck's cooling system.
Use with water-based emulsion waterproofing materials.
- Shell is 3 1/2" x 9"
- 1" coolant openings
- 1 1/2" material openings
- 3/8" interenal copper tubes
Same as above. Ready to be attached to your truck's cooling system. 3-way ball valve controls the temperature of the material to be sprayed. Allows coolant to be completely turned off for travel.
- 1" material outlet
- 3/8" internal copper material tubes
- 3/4" hose barbs
- 1 1/2" material inlet
- 3 way ball valve for coolant control
- Maintains truck cab heat
Heats waterproofing materials to spraying temperature by using the trucks cooling system.
- Shell: 6" x 19"
- 3" material openings
- 1" coolant openings
- 1/4" internal copper tubes
Same as above. Ready to attach to your truck's cooling system. 3-way valve controls the temperature of the material to be sprayed. Allows the coolant to be completely turned off for travel.
- Regulate material temperature
