D-I-Y Basement Crack Repair Kits-Epoxy

Applied Technologies has been manufacturing and supplying epoxy concrete crack injection materials used in repairing foundation and basement wall cracks since 1998.
Epoxies are used to structurally repair a concrete foundation crack. This will re-enforce the crack and also keep water from leaking into the basement. The cured epoxy will completely fill the concrete crack and return the wall to its pre-cracked strength.
The high tensile strength, bonding strength and compressive strength make epoxies excellent for reinforcing concrete cracks. Many times the repaired crack is stronger than the concrete around it.
Epoxies are formulated to different viscosities to allow for a wide variety of crack widths.
Our cartridge system is an economical, clean and quick system for injecting into concrete cracks.
Applied Technologies has user friendly kits for the DIYer or pro to repair concrete cracks with epoxy injection.
A-Tech 212 LV Epoxy6 Cartridges/Case
A-Tech 212 LV is a two component, 100% solids, low viscosity, moisture insensitive epoxy. It meets ASTM C-881. The product exhibits a high modulus of elasticity. It is recommended for use in hairline cracks up to 5/16” wide. It has a fast setting gel time to prevent materials from leaking out of cracks. This greatly reduces the amount of material used versus other epoxies.
Requires 632 Static Mixer
Lock Nuts Included
Advantages:
A-Tech 212 EHV Epoxy6 Cartridges/Case
A-Tech 212 EHV is a two component, 100% solids, extra high viscosity, moisture insensitive epoxy. It meets ASTM C-881. The product exhibits a high modulus of elasticity. It is recommended for use in cracks greater than 1/4” wide. It has a fast setting gel time to prevent materials from leaking out of cracks. This greatly reduces the amount of material used versus other epoxies.
Uses 1224 Static Mixer
Lock nuts included
Advantages:
A-Tech 0101 Gel8 Cartridges/Case
A-Tech 0101 Gel is a two component, 100% solids moisture insensitive epoxy. It meets ASTM C-881. The product exhibits a non-flow property when uncured. This means the product will not flow out cracks prior to curing. It is recommended for use in cracks greater than 5/16” wide.
